Have been super busy at work. Just a quick sharing my daily routine:
Morning: I must have breakfast. Without breakfast, no food, my brain can't function. I must have bottle of water with me (the 1L bottle)
I eat breakfast but not Full oily one. Must of the time, a smoothie with a bagel. Sometimes, I will have salad with a small portion of bread...
So an hour before lunch, I will have a little cup of yogurt or a small fruit.
Afternoon: I will eat as much as possible, of coz I will not eat 100% full but maybe 70-80%. Usually I packed my lunch from last night dinner. Must have 50% veggie, 25% rice family and 25% meat.
Of coz, I will have snack before getting off work. In the mean time, I do drink a coffee or something hot. I don't drink cold but room temp or hot drink usually. Smoothie can't be hot, so I usually wait it until reaching room temperature.
Afternoon snack should be another fruit but sometimes I really want sweet. I will have very little portion, size of thumb.
Night: I try not to eat full meal but soup and bun.
Remember should drink more water as possible. If you don't like the plain water, you may add slices of lemon and cucumber.
