I was working on my Daniel Plan. not that successful, but good enough to keep extra pounds on me.
I am going to start different in 2015. I got something called "TR 90" weight management by NuSkin. Hope I will be able to get some pounds lost.
This sounds stupid but I really want to lose 50 lbs this year in order to have a baby. I know having baby or not is decided by God, not me. I would like to prepare myself (Physically, and mentally)
