My daily routine

Have been super busy at work. Just a quick sharing my daily routine:

Morning: I must have breakfast. Without breakfast, no food, my brain can't function. I must have bottle of water with me (the 1L bottle) 
I eat breakfast but not Full oily one. Must of the time, a smoothie with a bagel. Sometimes, I will have salad with a small portion of bread...

So an hour before lunch, I will have a little cup of yogurt or a small fruit. 

Afternoon: I will eat as much as possible, of coz I will not eat 100% full but maybe 70-80%. Usually I packed my lunch from last night dinner. Must have 50% veggie, 25% rice family and 25% meat. 

Of coz, I will have snack before getting off work. In the mean time, I do drink a coffee or something hot. I don't drink cold but room temp or hot drink usually. Smoothie can't be hot, so I usually wait it until reaching room temperature. 

Afternoon snack should be another fruit but sometimes I really want sweet. I will have very little portion, size of thumb. 

Night: I try not to eat full meal but soup and bun. 

Remember should drink more water as possible. If you don't like the plain water, you may add slices of lemon and cucumber.

Happy Birthday

Dear Lord,

Thank you for giving me 30+ years experience. I have a great birthday today.... I am still enjoying the last hour of this year birthday.

Whenever I think of celebrating birthday, I always go to my mom and say "Happy Birthday" to her as well. She spent entire body energy to give birth to me. :) I was very appreciating of what she did. I was 9 lbs! 9 lbs when I was born....!!!!!

Anyway, God, I believe you have your purpose. I am happy how you never let me hungry. I had Ikea breakfast this morning... then food court food at lunch and nice cheap dinning near downtown. Also, a piece of cake after longo!! I don't need expensive meal. I just need simply enjoyment. I don't expect too much on food, but thank you. You gave me choice to eat what I want. Thank you.

=)

Life is just like that... now... my birthday wish... I want to have better health with Daniel Plan this year!!! this is my wish. of coz, I extend my wish to all my friends who are doing Daniel plan altogether! .

Thank God for giving me energy to keep on going here.

What a graceful morning!!!!

Good morning, my friends, 

I had a good night sleep. Letting the body rest with right time and right place is more important than only long hours of sleep. 

I hope everyone to doing pretty well in Daniel plan. Remember, always pray to God for the power. It is not easy. 
Asking for God's power to focus not only in our diet but our daily life routine. 

Since I had a great sleep last night, I had a happy prayer this morning, let me share with you:

Thank God for waking me up in a beautiful day,
Letting me enjoy this time in May, 
Teaching me to count my blessing not too late,
Giving me the sparks with people I like to say "hey!"
Guiding me the Daniel Plan so I won't be blamed!!!!!

Ha ha ha... I am not good at ENGLISH, but at least I tried. 😋

Alkaline Food

This is a good information to share everyone. A lot of food into our body will turn to acidic. More acidic our bodies become, harder we lose weight. I will talk more about it in the near future. However, in order to have a better health, we should make sure to eat more Alkaline food. You may not believe in it, but all these Alkaline foods are good for us, why not give it a try?
 
PS: for your information, when you drink water, just add a slice of lemon in. Do not add anything (sugar), but only plain water and lemon. Believe it or not, water becomes alkaline once it goes into body.

Just another day

It was my 3rd anniversary yesterday.
I am busy and depressed from work, but forced myself to have the regular lunch, fruit. Put the food in but I actually didn't want to eat it. 

Sometimes I do ask myself. People say don't wait until your body tell you to eat. Should let the body adapt into your schedule.

Strong feeling, Daniel Plan

A while ago...I heard about Daniel Plan when Pastor Rick Warren first introduced to the world. I saw that on Dr. Oz's TV show. By knowing nothing, I went to the web and did some searching and started by doing nothing.

2 years later today, Pastor Rick published a book named "Daniel Plan". I bought "Danial Plan" book, cookbook and the 40 days journal.

I have a strong believing that is the calling from God, HE shows me the Daniel plan, the tools and the most important thing, HE put it into my heart. HE encourages me that I should do it and introduce this to friends and people around me. Instead of sitting around and think what to do, I think I should speak out and let the world know I am doing this. This plan can not be done alone. The result will be surprised by doing this with friends (in a group type).

However, I am thinking to do this by starting this BLOG again (yeah, I started this in 2012, one post, then stop. Sorry, I reverted the previous as Draft now, you would not be able to see it). I will share what I found on web and my experiences. Please come back once in a while, check me out and leave me comments.

The most important thing is, let me know if you have a prayer request about your health, your diet. I will pray for you.

I will try to post something more frequently. Keep me in your prayer as well. :)
