Alkaline Food

This is a good information to share everyone. A lot of food into our body will turn to acidic. More acidic our bodies become, harder we lose weight. I will talk more about it in the near future. However, in order to have a better health, we should make sure to eat more Alkaline food. You may not believe in it, but all these Alkaline foods are good for us, why not give it a try?
 
PS: for your information, when you drink water, just add a slice of lemon in. Do not add anything (sugar), but only plain water and lemon. Believe it or not, water becomes alkaline once it goes into body.
